REFUND POLICY

Domains are a non-refundable product. If a free domain is registered with any hosting plan, then after the cancellation of the hosting plan, a partial refund will be issued(domain cost will be deducted). In the event of any pending service dues, the system will restrict all administrative actions until the outstanding amounts are cleared in full.

If a web development project is canceled by us, a refund will be provided as per our internal policy. Refunds are not applicable once the work has commenced or been delivered.In the event of any pending service dues, the system will restrict all administrative actions until the outstanding amounts are cleared in full.
